Is Nicki Minaj Really Wearing Forever 21???
This dress is from Forever 21...
I actually like it a lot...
Just goes to show you don't have to spend a lot to be on trend and look good... shoes and a great bag will help upgrade any look...
I like the colors but I'm not feeling the dress on Nicki. I think it would have looked better with black tights and much simpler hair since the dress is already so loud.
