Get the Look

Some of us can't just go into a high end boutique like some of our favorite celebs but we can do our best to get the look. I personally believe in shopping on a budget and as a stylist, sometimes that budget is not grand. There is always a fab find in a vintage store. Not only do prices start as low as $1.00 but you are likely to find classic designers for a fraction of the original price. An added bonus is that you are less likely to see another chick with your dress on. I really hate to see that.

Here are some further ideas:

• define your own style. Buy a pice and remix it!
• don't be afraid to take risks. Shop outside the box.
• research fashion trends.
• know your body and what works for you.
• most importantly, have fun!
